On behalf of the whole company, the general manager publishes the white paper on the operation of the company in fiscal year 2017. The fiscal year 2017 is the year of Zhengmu's rebuilding. In order to realize the successful introduction of Toyota's TPS production mode, we hired a Japanese Toyota instructor to guide the factory to improve the ZPS for one year, and sent the company management team to Japan for TPS further study successively. With the joint efforts of Zhengcun people, the refined production layout of the rubber refining workshop, the five-in-four of the moulding workshop, the two-in-four of the injection workshop, the transformation of the electrical line bridge, the establishment of the three-dimensional warehouse and the transformation of the concealed project have been completed, laying a solid foundation for the realization of Zhengcun's "one-stream" production mode.
