After the plans are reached, a summary of improvement activities is formed to report. At the same time, a Kanban with little progress is formed in daily work. Home collects the inadequacies in their daily work and management, and makes daily improvements to form an EKN (Ever-Kaizen-Never) report.

Through one year's improvement, we have obviously improved our consciousness and methods, and initially formed the soil for improvement. However, there are still some shortcomings to really promote the development of the company's specific business. This year, the company will make further improvement in specific important links, not only in the sense and methods, but also in specific projects. Push forward.

This year, the company hired two Toyota experts to improve the company's overall values, talent cultivation and supply chain. This week, two teachers came to the company to conduct a special survey. The management department, manufacturing department, supply chain department and quality control department introduced their department's annual plan and development goals in detail, and initially decided with the teachers on the direction of improvement this year, including talent cultivation, business promotion, value clarification, visual implementation. Production layout and logistics route optimization, the implementation of AGV logistics car, the use of warehouse management methods.

If Zhengcun tried to promote ZPS and soil culture last year, Zhengcun will continue to deepen on the road of ZPS this year. Just as China's reform has stepped into the deep water area many years later, Zhengcun's ZPS work is also entering the "deep water area".
