The quality control department actively practices Zhengcun's core values, and constantly improves from product orientation to management orientation.

I. Product Direction

1. Mould Improvement

Suggestions for improving the die ejection clapper are realized, and the die deformation is effectively reduced.

2. Product Inspection

Samples of the first and last parts of moulding are stored in plastic bags before, which are scattered and not easy to find. Now we use small cartons of C40 specifications, which are placed by date and variety, so the storage is more beautiful and safer.

II. Management Direction

1. Personnel Skills

As part of the continuous improvement, QCM initiated two training sessions a week for inspection teams. On Mondays and Wednesdays, QCM specifically explained the causes of the problems, solutions and improvements in inspection techniques.

2. Make a little progress every day

The quality control department has improved the office environment, the 60 seconds access and placing of documents, the on-site identification and the clarity of labels.

Zhengcun is experiencing a change, which includes a little improvement in spirit every day, and a huge renovation of the whole factory.
