Equipment cleaning by manufacturing

The occurrence rate of equipment failure is closely related to the maintenance status of equipment. Daily maintenance, verification, implementation of completion inspection, and daily spot inspection of equipment are closely related. For the manufacturing department, daily equipment inspection and equipment cleaning is one of the means to maintain equipment and ensure the normal use of equipment.

Starting from mid-June, the Ministry of Manufacturing has carried out the "clean-up" of equipment, with three main objectives:

1) Find out the abnormality of equipment (oil leakage, air leakage, etc.) through cleaning activities, and judge the existence of abnormality at a glance through the eyes, so as to maintain the equipment in the first time.

2) Gradually restore the original state of the equipment (except appearance) by means of cleaning activities.

3) Through cleaning activities, we can develop good working literacy and keep the equipment clean in our daily work.

In line with the principle of "clean-up", the refinery engineering and the forming engineering have formulated their own plans for clean-up, and gradually began to carry out according to the plan.

The development of clean-up activities is only the first step of equipment maintenance. The manufacturing department, based on the concept of "own equipment to keep it", cultivates the staff's quality of caring for equipment through activities, and solidifies and deepens the daily inspection of equipment. Through activities, and constantly accumulate experience, better to carry out the clean-up activities in depth.
