Fire prevention is the common responsibility of the whole society. Safety is the basis of the normal production and operation of the company. Safety is the basic guarantee to realize the vision of the company and the happiness of employees.

Recently, fire accidents are often reported in newspapers, and the loss of life and property is painful. In view of this, we hope that through the development of fire safety activities, we can arouse the attention of the whole staff to the fire work, enhance the awareness of fire safety of the whole staff, and improve their resilience. Recently, the administrative unit of the management department has planned, organized and implemented a series of fire safety activities, including fire knowledge propaganda and education, fire hazard investigation and fire fighting facilities updating, fire escape and fire fighting exercises.

1.Fire knowledge publicity and education

The management department Posts fire knowledge posters on the Kanban boards of canteens and other places where employees gather. The types and possible scenarios of fires are described. The escape routes, safety exits and the layout of fire fighting equipment are introduced. Emergency signs, escape precautions, alarm methods and the use of fire extinguishers are explained.

2.Investigation of hidden fire hazards and renovation of fire fighting facilities

The management department has checked all the places such as the first stage workshop, the second stage workshop, the third stage workshop, the office, the warehouse and the canteen, including the high temperature points of power supply lines, heat generators, flammable materials, facilities and equipment and their protective measures.

All fire fighting facilities, including signs, emergency lights, safety exits, stairs, fire extinguishers, hydrants, fire hoses and water guns, were inspected, malfunctions were repaired and expired updates were made.

3.Fire escape and fire fighting exercises

Firstly, fire alarm is initiated by drill commander. After hearing the alarm, office and workshop staff quickly evacuate the office, and evacuate safely from the exit along the stairs in an orderly manner according to the safety instructions.

After the evacuation of personnel, the department managers or supervisors quickly gathered at the emergency evacuation gathering points at the company gate. They checked the number of personnel, actual personnel and leave-on-business personnel that the Department should go to, and reported to the management department for registration.

Subsequently, fire training was carried out for all the staff, and the fire types and the use methods and precautions of different fire extinguishers were explained. Each staff member carried out practical training of fire extinguishers and mastered the use methods and skills of fire extinguishers.
