When the second phase of the factory came out, the general manager YuZhu came to the on-line inspection room again. The company's accompanying staff explained in detail the functions of the on-line inspection room and the specific inspection items of the on-line quick inspection.

With the advance of the route, General Manager YuZhu visited the production area. First, he visited the rubber mixing workshop, then the shaping, inspection and packaging. The production manager gave a detailed explanation of the whole production process, focusing on the 3rd-in-1 project we are promoting.

The 3rd-in-1st project is to integrate inspection and packaging engineering into shaping engineering, realize one person with more machines and one person with more products, and form a flow production mode of pressing-repairing-inspection-package". If the project succeeds, we will reduce 1/3 of the staff and increase production efficiency by 50%, thus greatly improving market competitiveness.
