The annual meeting officially opened at 11:30 on April 6, 2019. There were no special opening ceremonies, no luxury venues, only the vigor of our village and the enthusiasm for a better future. The annual meeting is divided into two parts, first of all, our annual summary meeting, followed by dinner; one is serious, the other is enthusiastic and active, which well explains the culture of Zhengcun.
At the annual summary meeting, the general manager first preached the "White Paper on Business in 2018", elaborated on the company's operating situation, management activities and achievements in detail, enumerated typical problems and made comments, made pertinent comments on the work of various departments and put forward their expectations.
In the White Paper on Business in 2018, the General Manager explained that from 2017, we have tried to implement the two-year management policy of the General Manager of "doing a great job with morale". The general manager also pointed out that freezing three feet is not a day's cold, and that it is not a day's work to completely solve the problems accumulated in human, machine, material, law, environment and so on.
