Since 2017, the improvement of lean production in Zhengcun, Shanghai has made remarkable changes and progress. Whether it is plant layout, process improvement, equipment renovation, factory environment, the ever-changing changes have left a deep impression on our customers and won the praise and praise of customers.
Lean improvement has always been a continuous activity. In lean improvement, 5S activity is the most basic and easy to insist on. It can be said that 5S activity is the foundation and essence of lean production management.
Under the condition that the 5S management foundation of the factory is gradually consolidated, we have put forward a new subject and goal for this work: "No shortboard, full participation". To this end, since the first week of the company's fiscal year 2019, we have launched a "one-week sweep" campaign. "Weekly sweeping" is organized and sponsored by the management department every week. The general manager takes the lead. The management and the cadres in the corresponding responsible areas participate in the sweeping activities aiming at "the most difficult sweeping" and "the most neglectable health corner" of the company.
In the past two months, we have cleaned the workshop toilet, industrial waste storage area, staff bathroom, machine repair room, R&D center and other areas.

"Weekly sweeping" activities, the purpose is not to clean up the dead corners of health for all departments, but to help departments to establish 5S work literacy, cultivate the habit of continuous sweeping, establish corresponding management standards, so after each sweeping, participants will gather under the company's wisdom booth to make a serious summary and criticism, and form sweeping records, task list and improvement. The plan is also the most significant reflection of this activity.
5S activity is a long-term, continuous and effective process. We always regard 5S work as the cornerstone of factory site management. Under the good environment of full participation and continuous improvement of the company, the 5S management of the factory is bursting with tremendous energy, providing a strong guarantee for the development of the company.
