New technologies lead to product enrichment and progress

Through the introduction and implementation of new technologies such as new materials and processes, it has continuously promoted the progress of the company.
One. New technology-rubber-plastic integrated molding technology
In the application of the rubber wire harness sheath, because of its unique properties, such as unique flexing properties, excellent aging properties and sealing properties, it has an irreplaceable role. However, there are many shortcomings in the installation process of the pure rubber wire harness sheath, and the operation is relatively laborious. Under the background of more emphasis on manual labor, plastic and rubber combination molding has become the choice of many host manufacturers, especially European and American companies. This over-molding technology has become more and more widely used.
Rubber-plastic integrated molding is to place the molded plastic parts (mostly glass fiber reinforced PA6 or PA66) in a mold, inject the rubber into the mold for vulcanization molding, and directly structurally bond the rubber and plastic.
In our latest development of new projects, many products involve integrated molding of rubber and plastic. One end of the wire harness sheath is a product of integrated molding of rubber and plastic. There are also products of integrated molding of rubber and plastic at both ends (as shown below). The rubber-plastic integrated wire harness jacket is matched with metal sheet metal through plastic parts, which is more convenient to assemble and is more firmly combined with metal sheet metal. However, during the molding process, due to the properties of the plastic part itself, the processing will be more difficult, especially the defects such as deformation and overflow of plastic parts. In the mold design process, factors such as the flow of the rubber material must be considered. Through continuous efforts, we have not only succeeded in development, but also accumulated a lot of valuable experience.

Two. New material-TPV
TPV is a thermoplastic dynamic vulcanizate, which is mainly composed of two parts, one is the plastic as the continuous phase, and the other is the rubber as the dispersed phase. TPV maintains the elasticity and other characteristics of rubber, and can be processed through the plastic molding process, so it has a wide range of applications and good development prospects.
The most widely used TPV is EPDM / PP. Due to its good temperature and weather resistance, EPDM has been completely used in automotive steering dust covers and shock-absorbing dust covers, together with another thermoplastic elastomer TPEE Completely replaced the original neoprene market.

TPV wire harness sheaths have also been applied, especially in parts combined with plastic skeletons, which have more advantages, but due to the shortcomings of TPV itself in terms of strength, tear and permanent compression, it cannot be used in wire harness sheaths. Complete replacement of EPDM, but we cannot ignore its development momentum. We will increase research and development efforts and make breakthroughs in new materials.
