In 2020, the company decided to organize management to participate in a 10-day trip to the US West during the Spring Festival. One is to relax after a stressful job, and the other is to increase everyone's knowledge.

As the saying goes, reading thousands of books is worse than walking thousands of miles. On the evening of January 20, 2020, we set off with excitement and anticipation. In order for us to have a better experience, the company thoughtfully booked a roundtrip business class airplane for everyone, and everyone slept well during the flight.
The next day we came to the United States, we visited the City Hall of San Francisco. In a large San Francisco city, except for a few institutions, all other government agencies are concentrated in this building. Think about how lean and efficient such a government agency is.

Then we visited the Golden Gate Bridge, which was a suspension bridge built in 1937, a miracle of modern bridge engineering. Especially when cars were not yet popular, the two-way six-lane design of the Golden Gate Bridge fully reflected the designer's forward-looking nature.

In the afternoon, we visited Stanford University. When we entered the university, we were first attracted by Stanford's architecture. During this trip to the western United States, we specially arranged a visit to Google's headquarters to experience their openness and innovative spirit. Here, employees do not have a fixed place and time to work. We see that some people are eating breakfast, some are exercising, and some people are working outdoors. Everything is not a fixed model, giving employees great autonomy. This is the embodiment of Google's open culture, and only in this environment can we better stimulate employees' innovative consciousness.

After visiting the Google headquarters, we followed Highway 1 to Hearst Castle. Highway 1 was built along the Pacific Coast and is picturesque along the way. We were also fortunate to see the cloud and wonders and experience the wonderful feeling of stepping on the clouds.

In the evening we stayed in the small town of Cumbria and tasted the local steaks. The restaurant was open for a family of three. The dad was the cook and the mother and daughter were the waiters. On January 25, we went to San Diego, visited the Gulf Cruises, and boarded the USS Midway aircraft carrier that once had glorious battle trails. Through language explanations, we learned that aircraft docked on aircraft carriers have a clear division of labor, including escort aircraft, reconnaissance aircraft, early warning aircraft, helicopters, aerial refueling aircraft, and fighter aircraft.

On January 26, we came to the world-famous casino Las Vegas, which is also the attraction we are looking forward to on this trip. When we arrived here, we knew that the hotel could be so large. The trip to the United States is the latter attraction, and it is also one of the most anticipated recreational items-helicopter viewing of the Grand Canyon.
