The formation of each road requires people to try, it requires a process of overcoming obstacles, and the same is true for 5S work.Although the road of 5S is hard, Zhengcun is constantly walking in order to keep a good condition.

Since I joined Zhengcun Company in mid-June this year, I have been deeply impressed by the company's corporate culture, including its "M+Y" management, weekly training, weekly sweep, and CD-ROM activities. I have also invited a professional greening team to create beautiful trees, plant flowers and green flats and so on.Today, I will focus on the analysis of 5S management culture in Zhengcun and talk about my own feelings.

As is known to all, 5S refers to five projects such as SEIRI, SEITON, SEISO, SEIKETSU and SHITSUKE. Since the Romanization of Japanese romanization begins with "S", it is simply referred to as 5S.Therefore, "5S management" is also an excellent quality management method originated in Japan, which is popular among Asian enterprises."5 s" management idea is very simple, it is put forward for each employee in enterprise, daily requirements, advocating starts from the minor matter, strive to make every employee get into the habit of always "good", so as to achieve the aim of improve the overall quality of work, also can improve the customer's trust and praise of society, improve the corporate image, enhance enterprise competitiveness.

Cleaning: the work site will be garbage free, no dust, clean and neat, the equipment will be shiny and intact, to create a spotless working environment.Our workshop should clean the area in time according to the responsibility planning area, and we should be responsible for our own area.For the dirty areas on the site, the cleaning should be done in a timely manner from time to time, and every shift should be collected for routine cleaning, so that the site is always in a new state.Clean and tidy working environment makes people feel physically and mentally happy, can maintain a good working mood, but also indirectly improve the quality of products.We require the equipment cleaning to be combined with the equipment spot inspection, which means spot inspection. For example, in the process of cleaning, check whether there is any abnormal oil, water leakage, gas leakage, abnormal sound and so on, and deal with it immediately after finding any abnormal conditions. Therefore, cleaning is also maintenance, and it is also the first step for our manufacturing department to implement independent maintenance.

Clean: tidy up, reorganize, sweep to the end, and standardization, institutionalization.The most important thing for all the cleaning work is to maintain, how to maintain the first need to do the content of standardization, let all operators know the standard, and then make corresponding regulations for daily management, so that it meets the requirements.Each clean area of the company has a 5S management kanban, mainly the 5S standard and the spot inspection table, indicating the responsible person, the clean area and the spot inspection frequency.Through regular and irregular inspection, good results have been achieved so far, but the institutionalization of the book has not been completed, in the further improvement.Create a good working environment, so that operators can work happily, at the same time to visit the inspection of customers get good impression and praise.

Literacy: For the prescribed things, we are required to carry out, and develop a good habit, let oneself become an educated person.This is very difficult. At present, we advocate and inspire through various conferences. The company also organizes some activities, such as "training once a day", "training once a week", "cleaning once a week", "CD action" and so on, in order to achieve the company's core values of seriousness, consciousness of obedience and innovation.

At present, we have made some achievements in sorting, reorganizing and cleaning, but the cultivation of cleanliness and literacy has just begun, which is also the key to whether the 3S in front can be done well all the time. We still have a long way to go for 5S.

We attach so much importance to the implementation of 5S management, because we know it is the basis of on-site management, the premise of TPM, the first step of TQM and the shortcut of system implementation.The level of 5S directly represents the level of on-site management, and also restricts the success of zhengcun's goal of waste-free production.

The 5S management path, like the company's idea of improvement, is endless, it has depth and breadth, and the more you implement it, the more you feel it.With a serious attitude towards everything and the idea of making progress every day, we will strive to become the cleanest factory in the industry and continue to implement the 5S management.
