At this time in previous years, we should hold a year-end summary meeting in the company, and in the evening, the people of Zhengcun would gather together and have a good chat. However, with the outbreak of the epidemic in Shanghai, we who belonged to Puxi followed the government's regulations and implemented a 4-day home quarantine. From home, let's look back on fiscal 2021 and look ahead to fiscal 2022.
In fiscal year 2021, with the unremitting efforts of Zhengcun people, we have made a lot of breakthroughs in business. In terms of project development, it has successively obtained the design and development rights of many important projects from OEMs such as GAC Toyota, SAIC Motor Passenger Vehicle and Jiangling Ford, covering three types of gasoline vehicles, new energy vehicles and commercial vehicles. In terms of new customer development, it has been recognized by customers such as Sumiden Denso, Toyota Boshoku, Luxshare, Huguang, Tianhai and Bosch. In terms of turnover, it still achieved an increase of more than 18% under the influence of the epidemic.
The breakthrough of business is inseparable from the support and improvement of the factory. We have always believed that "the field is the first salesperson". In fiscal 2021, we will continue to improve the company's hardware level by adhering to the concept of investing one-third of profits into factory renovation.
1. Upgrading and reforming of rubber mixing system——Introduced automatic small material batching system, completed the upgrade of large material system, introduced new equipment such as open mill and cold flake machine, and achieved significant breakthroughs in production efficiency and capacity. According to the design plan, the production capacity of finished products will be increased by 80%.
2. Upgrading and transformation of the power system - the capacity expansion from 800KV to 1600KV was completed in August, laying the energy foundation for doubling the factory's future production capacity.
3 Expansion and upgrade of injection equipment - 8 injection equipments were introduced to form a matrix of 26 injection product line equipments ranging from 200T to 300T to provide production capacity guarantee for the business.
In addition to hardware upgrades, Zhengcun people have gradually improved the daily management system of Zhengcun through production scheduling optimization, daily report integration, organizational structure adjustment and personnel training such as "training dojo establishment".
Reports are the information flow in the manufacturing system. A high-quality report can give true feedback on the production situation on site and the operation of the whole company, allowing managers to find abnormalities and make correct decisions through report analysis. Therefore, starting from the second half of 2021, Zhengcun people will break the original reporting system. According to the existing business situation, reorganize the basic reports to meet the growing needs of the business. Starting from the basic customer list, supplier list and bill of materials, determine the source data, and then expand the relevant statistical reports such as the statistics table of sales amount of customers in the transaction and the statistics table of sales amount in the transaction supply, and then to the monthly production scheduling and delivery report. The results of each business are supported by data to provide data support for this year's KPI assessment.
The manufacturing industry under the epidemic is facing various difficulties such as rising materials, shortage of personnel, and shutdown of production. In fiscal year 2022, we put forward new business goals. With the unremitting efforts of Zhengcun people, we will definitely achieve self-breakthrough.
