Keep improving yourself. To this end, under the guidance and advice of superior leaders and the personnel department, we have completed the KPI assessment form for 2022.

In addition, we also sorted out the APQP documents for product design and development. Everyone spoke freely and gave full play to the collective wisdom. In this process, the preparation department, management department and generation time of the document are clearly defined, so that the work can be carried out more smoothly. At the same time, the overall sorting out, can more clearly understand the project development process, understand the importance and urgency of their work, so as to arrange their work more reasonably.

While the sorting out work is starting to pay off, there is good news from the epidemic prevention and control, and enterprises can gradually resume work and production. In order to ensure that customers can continue production and minimize the impact of the epidemic, with the efforts of the general affairs department, we have entered the first batch of whitelists for resumption of work in Dongjing Town, Songjiang District. Due to the division of Shanghai's three regions, only a small number of employees can enter the factory to resume work in a closed manner, and personnel in each position cannot be on duty in a reasonable proportion. At the same time, in order to provide a more comfortable living environment for employees who are closed in the factory, the company temporarily purchased mattresses and used previously idle beds to improve the living conditions of employees. Everyone worked together to gradually restore the company's production in an orderly manner.
