In order to successfully develop the project and transfer it to the production-related departments, we adjusted the overall APQP documents and objectives, added new requirements, and ensured the smooth progress of the "turnkey" project. First of all, according to the requirements of the manual and the actual situation of our company, the initial version of the APQP document list was formulated. After discussions with the production department, the management department and the user department during the time at home, the update of the document was finally completed, making the document more effective. and manage our development process. Secondly, after the new version of the template is determined, its design purpose is verified through the use in each project, and the requirements are continuously adjusted and improved, and the requirements are specified, and the design and verification are done for production, so as to achieve the final purpose: in order to improve the quality of development, reduce the production cost in the later stage. cost, improve efficiency, and complete turnkey projects.

2. New product development under the epidemic

Under the epidemic, our new product development work has not completely stopped. In the development of multiple new projects, we conduct online reviews with customers to determine development plans. Offline and relevant suppliers actively coordinate, strive for project time, and ensure the latest time node required by customers. Through the overseas screening of mold suppliers and the assistance of brother factories, the production of customers' emergency samples has been completed, and every method has been tried to complete the final delivery. Although we are actively responding, we also remind us that risk prevention and identification need to be strengthened to avoid the formation of a new risk prevention mechanism in response to force majeure risks like this epidemic.

3. On-site management under the epidemic

After the epidemic was closed and controlled for a period of time, through the efforts of all parties, our company was fortunate to be included in the list of the second batch of enterprises to resume work and production in Shanghai, and we began to resume work in an orderly manner. However, the entry of employees into the factory is the biggest difficulty in front of us. The distribution of employees is relatively wide, and the first batch of employees who can return to work are very few. However, the company requires that no matter how few employees there are, production must be started, and no matter how few employees are, there must be management by managers. After the company's efforts, all relevant production management personnel have entered the factory, and effective production management has begun. The general affairs department continued to coordinate the employee community property, and applied for more employees to enter the factory as required by the government, so as to ensure that customers would not stop production. At the same time, in order to cooperate with epidemic prevention, the company arranged relevant personnel to study nucleic acid sampling to ensure the prevention and control requirements of personnel entering the factory.

4. Delivery and cooperation under the epidemic

The last step of delivery, in this epidemic, although the company resumes work, how the product enters the customer's production line is the last step in the difficulty. Enterprises have resumed work, but logistics and express delivery have not resumed work normally. Even if some logistics express delivery resumes work, they can only transport anti-epidemic materials, which makes delivery very difficult. In response to this situation, we are actively looking for logistics personnel with a pass to complete the final delivery, and the logistics cost is ridiculously high. During the epidemic, the survival state of the company was already poor. In addition to the high logistics costs and the cost of returning to work, all products were actually unprofitable and produced at a loss. However, for the sake of follow-up cooperation and the spirit of the contract, we insisted on scheduling production in accordance with important emergencies. Ship. During this period, some customers also gave us the greatest support, such as bearing half of the high logistics costs, arranging trucks to pick up the goods and shipping semi-finished products (untrimmed and uninspected) to customers to assist in trimming inspection, etc. Thank you again for all customers, thank you for your assistance and perseverance, thank you!
