1、 Gas storage tank/expansion and pressure expansion

Our company's existing gas storage tank in Shanghai Fengxian Equipment Container Factory has been in service for more than 19 years. The internal corrosion of the tank has caused a lot of sewage impurities in the air pipeline, and the tank's safety level has declined, which has brought hidden dangers to the smooth operation of the equipment. In this transformation, a new air compressor is added to provide more stable air source input. At the same time, replace the Shenjiang gas storage tank, with the volume of 2m ³ Increase to 3m ³， The maximum allowable working pressure of the tank body increased from 0.8MPa to 0.84MPa, providing a powerful output for the safe and stable operation of the workshop pneumatic system.

2、 Water tower/circulating water impurity removal system

As an important medium for cooling equipment, circulating water, together with water tower, water pump and pipeline, forms a complete circulating cooling system. After the cold water flows through the production equipment, it takes away the heat generated by the equipment, flows back to the water tower through the pipeline, and the water temperature drops back, and then sends the cooled water to the equipment again through the start of the water pump. During the circulation process, calcium and magnesium ions in the water will accumulate in the pipeline and equipment to form scale, which will seriously affect the equipment cooling over time. In this water tower renovation, a softener is added at the water inlet of the water tower, and demineralized salt is regularly added in the unit to remove impurities from the circulating water. Absorb impurities in it to ensure the recycling of purified water and prolong the service life of the equipment.

3、 Oven/old equipment upgrade

The oven can supply very high temperature and heat the products in the oven. As a production equipment, the oven plays an important role in the product delivery process. The addition of new ovens can reduce many of the abnormalities caused by the aging of the equipment, and effectively pave the way for reducing the hidden dangers of product quality, stable operation of equipment and continuous production.
