As a part of the automotive industry, the company, based on its actual situation, follows the APQP manual and is further divided into six stages:

T (-4) and T (-3) are the product design and validation stages;

T (-2) and T (-1) are the stages of mold development and validation;

T0 is the initial sample stage of mass production molds;

T1 (-1) and T1 (-2) are the initial optimal process and optimal rhythm stages;

T2 is the testing stage, commonly known as the small batch stage;

T3 is the mass production stage, commonly known as SOP.

There are clear stage requirements for product design and verification, digital simulation design and verification, and product stability development. At the end of each stage, a collection of experience sets is required, allowing the company to gain more sufficient experience accumulation in each development stage and provide richer experience for subsequent development of new products.

In terms of project management, compared to other companies using management tools such as project lists and project problem lists, although the progress of the project is controlled, when the project leader changes, it will lead to a blank expression on the successor's face. To this end, the company creatively used meeting minutes management documents to arrange and record each work from the project initiation, ensuring that all matters in each stage of the project are fully recorded. Avoid changing the person in charge causing confusion on the face of the successor, while also allowing project team members to have a rough understanding of the progress of the project.

Society is progressing and the times are developing; While the country is developing a new energy environment, the company is starting from a small perspective and promoting paperless documents;

The Tesla factory's insistence on not using warehouses is to reduce costs. All types of documents in the company are processed using computers, which not only supports environmental protection but also saves manpower and resources. The cost savings are focused on employee welfare.
