The above training content includes theoretical knowledge and practical operational training. Hands-on training includes equipment/material handling and fire drills for workshop workers.
2 Exam
2.1 Theory Test
For the theoretical training will have the corresponding training test paper, through the company Mingdao Cloud after the training to send the test paper to the trainee, if the exam fails to pass, must be retaken until qualified.
2.2 Practical test
The manufacturing department organizes the practical operation test according to the production plan schedule, and can take the post only after passing the test. Meanwhile, the staff skill matrix based on equipment and product is updated.
