With the rapid development of information technology, digital transformation has become a key force to promote continuous innovation and enhance competitiveness in all walks of life, and various software systems have gradually become an important part of enterprise information construction.
In order to improve management accuracy and improve work efficiency, many enterprises continue to introduce a lot of application software. The application of multiple software does realize the purpose of paperless office and mobile office, but it also brings a lot of compatibility, repeatability and other contradictions and problems, and even when the business or management changes, it needs to spend a lot of manpower and finance to upgrade and improve or secondary development, then a comprehensive platform is needed to solve the above problems.
In order to better integrate the company's information management system and process, our company introduced the Mingdao Cloud super application platform this year. Since April 2024, through a series of steps such as planning, design, development, testing and launching, the platform has now entered an orderly and efficient operation phase.
This paper mainly introduces the situation of Mingdao Cloud application platform from three aspects: platform highlights, project progress and some application scenarios that have been launched by the General Affairs Department where I work.
1 Platform Highlights
1.1 Fast implementation, change agile
Mingdao Cloud is an innovative super application platform, users do not need code development to build their own business applications, open up the internal data of the enterprise. In the process of creating this project, our staff no longer just played the role of passive data providers as they did in software import in the past, but took the initiative as developers to build application scenarios independently according to the business module process. This reduces development costs and time to launch, while also making the application more in line with the actual needs of the company's management process and business units.
1.2 Data penetration and integration
Mingdao Cloud has broken the phenomenon of "each for itself" of other applications, and through our efforts, we have related, referenced and docked the data between all applications, solving the problem of collection difficulties caused by various kinds of data not interworking in the past, and greatly improving work efficiency.
1.3 Super automation engine
With the workflow module as the engine base, Mingdao Cloud realizes the automatic workflow triggered by real-time events such as data, time and personnel changes. We have designed a triggered workflow deployment, which effectively avoids many difficulties in the traditional work mode, such as poor flow connection and information transmission, and makes the work run more smoothly.
2 Project Progress
In this development stage, according to the company's management system and file structure, we are responsible for the business departments responsible for each management process, reference nearly 600 forms, completed the construction of 17 application scenarios, most of which can be mature operation.
3 Scene Highlights
3.1 Dining Management
Our company's previous dining management has been unable to achieve lean management, such as employees unable to report meals independently, difficult and inaccurate data statistics and other difficulties have not been improved for a long time, resulting in great waste. To this end, we use the introduction of the Mingdao cloud platform, after detailed planning and research and development consultants, to achieve the application scenario of dining management.
Through this scenario, employees can manage meals independently according to the menus and attendance arrangements issued by the General Affairs Department, complete meal management with code scanning system and equipment, and apply the background to synchronize statistical management, achieving lean meal management.
3.2 Vehicle Management
In the past, there was a great waste in vehicle management. For example, when applying for a vehicle, the user needed to fill in a paper application form, and the General affairs specialist checked the application record for scheduling. When handing in the vehicle, the user also needed to ask for the data filled in the application form again, and then the General Affairs specialist manually recorded and counted the data. For example, the maintenance management of vehicles requires manual verification of comparison records and real-time data from time to time. To this end, we start from the workflow, automatically associate vehicle-related data, all actions are operated on the platform, automatic statistics, regular reminders, to achieve a paperless, mobile, intelligent vehicle management application scenario.
The above is the introduction of some system functions and application scenarios of Mingdao Cloud application platform. The launch of Mingdao Cloud not only makes our work efficient and concise, but also allows participants to have a deeper understanding of the enterprise management process, expand the management vision, and enhance the practical application ability of management thinking.
