1 Establishment of the system

1.1 Establishing the file structure

First, we find the process (S13 site management), and then establish a secondary document (Q-S1301 workplace 5S5D management program) under the process, and then establish a tertiary-level document (Q-S1301-BF02 workplace management dead corner management method) under the secondary document, as shown in the figure below.

1.2 Documentation

2 Training

2 Implementation

2.1 Division of labor and self-disclosure

The General Affairs Department will assign division of labor to the contract area, and the responsible persons of six departments, including Technology Department, project department, manufacturing Department, Quality Control Department, guarantee department and supply chain Department, will formulate self-inspection plan and self-disclosure frequency (see the table below). Each responsible person will publish the pre-improvement and post-improvement self-disclosure videos in the wechat group before 8 o 'clock every day.

2.2 Comments and criticisms

The general manager comments on the situation before and after the rectification every day.

2.3 Correcting Deviation

The responsible person corrects the error according to the content of the accusation and releases the corrected video.

3 Supervision

3.1 The system specialist inspects an area every day and takes the most dirty and bad pictures to publish in the group according to the order of the warehouse rubber mixing workshop, forming workshop and post-processing workshop, and then pushes the responsible person to rectify and publish the corrected pictures in the group.

3.2 The assistant general manager shall check whether all personnel are exposed and rectified in accordance with the requirements in the self-disclosure group of management dead corners in the workplace every day.

4 Standardization

In order to improve efficiency and prevent recurrence, we export our successful experiences to the appropriate files.
